2. Peirce Debate Available Online

We are excited to announce that the historic October 4th, 2006 debate between Bob Fitrakis and Bill Peirce is available for viewing online at:

In the second part of the debate, independent candidate Dr. James Lundeen joins the conversation:

The debates were taped at Media Bridges' community television studio in Cincinnati. Each program runs approximately 70 minutes. Blackwell and Strickland held a debate in Cincinnati on the same day, but both refused to appear with any other candidate at either forum. Peirce and Fitrakis see this as an admission that Democrats' and Republicans' fake politics would fare poorly in an even comparison with ideas that go outside the narrow limits of "acceptable" political dialogue. "Ken" and "Ted," the mascot chickens of the Peirce campaign, drove this point home to the people arriving for the Blackwell-Strickland debate. Blackwell's and Strickland's positions, and their personal attacks on each other, are reprinted and rebroadcast by the mass media daily. Meanwhile, only a small minority of voters will know about the other half of the positions represented on the gubernatorial ballot.

Please help maximize the number of people who go to the polls knowing the full story. Watch the videos yourself (we guarantee you'll learn something new), and pass them along to your friends, family, and local media outlets. Re-post the links, or this entire message, to any mailing lists you're on - local, state, or national - and to political or news weblogs.

Please let people know that when they vote for the next governor, they don't have to just flip a coin and pray for the future. They have more choices than they're hearing about in the news - real choices representing real ideas for improving Ohio.

Thanks for all your support. Only 21 days to Election Day! Please visit the Peirce campaign today! http://peirceforohio.com

Yours In Liberty,
Robert Butler
Secretary LP Ohio
